One platform,one control surface
Edushade ships a full-featured admin panel at /admin — a sidebar that groups every section the platform offers, a role-aware menu that hides what the signed-in user cannot touch, and a dashboard that opens with a greeting, quick actions, system metrics, course analytics and notices. Programs, people, billing, communication, the website, audit and settings all live one click away, in one shell.
Every section the platform ships, grouped by what you actually do
The admin sidebar is organised into seven groups — Dashboard, Analytics, Resources, Sales, Booking, Communication and Platform — and every item in every group is gated by both role and permission. Admins see the full menu; instructors see a teaching-scoped subset; new roles you create see exactly what you let them see.
Dashboard, Analytics, System Metrics
A landing page with quick actions, system metrics, course analytics, learning stats, notices and a top-learners leaderboard — plus dedicated analytics screens for course performance, enrollment trends and certificates.
Programs and Content
Learning Paths, Courses, Quizzes, Cohorts, Events, Bundles, Categories and Tags — all with create / edit / publish / archive flows, plus a Content Bank and a Grading hub.
Sales and Billing
Enrollments, pricing per entity, EMI plans, scholarships and applications, transactions and refunds, subscriptions and offers — every billing surface in one menu.
People and RBAC
All users, learners, instructors, admins and staff with their own filtered views, plus a Roles & Permissions builder for tenant-defined roles.
Communication and Notifications
Discussion threads, the noticeboard with priority and read tracking, plus a notification suite with templates, segments, campaigns, settings and audit logs.
Platform Operations
The website builder for the public site, audit and activity logs, control-panel settings, holidays, integrations and payment gateways — all under the Platform group.
An admin dashboard that surfaces what needs attention
Sign in as an admin and /admin/dashboard opens with a greeting and the user's name, a Quick Actions row, a System Metrics widget and a course analytics chart in the main column. The right rail carries learning stats and the top-learners leaderboard. Notices and recent enrollments sit beneath the chart so the right items are visible without a scroll, and the Analytics group breaks out into Course Analytics, Enrollment Trends and Course Performance for a deeper look.

People and roles, with permissions you actually decide
Admin → Platform → People exposes filtered views for all users, learners only, instructors only and admins/staff only — each backed by the same data table with bulk actions and CSV export. The Roles & Permissions builder lets you create tenant-defined roles, pin granular permissions to them, and assign them to users one at a time or in bulk. The same RBAC engine gates every screen, every API and every menu item the user sees.

Per-user permission overrides on top of role assignments
Permissions also gate sidebar visibility, not just API access
Programs, content and grading, in one place
Resources groups Learning Paths, Courses, Quizzes, Events, Categories, Tags, Bundles and Products under one menu — each with its own create flow, list view, detail page and management tabs. The Content Bank stores every file the platform uses across courses, posts and templates. The Grading hub at /admin/settings/grading covers grading programs, exam terms and a submissions queue, so the team can grade in one place without bouncing between courses.

Billing, audit, settings and the public website — all admin-controlled
Sales → Billing covers pricing per entity (course, cohort, learning path, bundle, event, meeting plan, product), EMI plans, scholarships and applications, subscriptions, offers, transactions and refunds. Platform → Audit ships full audit and activity logs. Settings holds the Control Panel, Holidays, Integrations and Payment Gateways. The Website item links straight into the website-builder admin so the public site, blog and booking pages live next to the platform itself.

From a fresh tenant to a running platform
Every admin lands at /admin/dashboard. The sidebar groups the seven major areas; the dashboard surfaces what needs attention first. New tenants flow through these three steps before the first learner signs in.
Tune the platform
Open Settings → Control Panel for org-wide configuration. Add Holidays. Connect Payment Gateways and any third-party Integrations. Open the Website item to brand the public site, blog and booking surface.
Set up people and roles
Build the roles your team needs in Platform → People → Roles & Permissions, invite admins and instructors, and let learners self-register. Use the filtered People views to keep an eye on the right slice of users.
Ship programs and watch them run
Build courses, learning paths, quizzes, events and bundles under Resources. Open enrollments under Sales. Communication and Notification keep cohorts informed, and the Dashboard surfaces what needs attention day to day.
