Adapting Technology to Modern Educational Needs

How education can evolve through adaptive technology, integrations, and a platform-first approach. A practical guide for schools and training teams.

Education doesn't stand still, and neither should the tools we use. Integrations with existing systems—from Google Workspace to LMSs and CRMs—let schools and teams work the way they already do, with learning built in.

Why integrations matter

Three benefits stand out:

  • Single sign-on – One login for learners and staff. No more forgotten passwords or duplicate accounts.
  • Data where it's needed – Grades, progress, and reports flow into familiar tools (Sheets, SIS, LMS). No manual exports.
  • Less duplication – Create once, publish everywhere. Content lives in one place and syncs to all channels.

We're adding more partners and use cases every quarter. Get in touch if you have a specific integration in mind.

The integration landscape

Different institutions have different stacks. Here’s how we think about them:

| Segment | Typical stack | Our focus | |---------|---------------|-----------| | K–12 | Google/Microsoft, SIS, sometimes LMS | Rostering, SSO, grade passback | | Higher ed | LMS (Canvas, Moodle, etc.), SIS | LTI, deep links, progress sync | | Corporate | HRIS, CRM, Slack/Teams | SSO, APIs, compliance reporting |

We support standards (LTI, OAuth 2, SCIM) so that integrations stay maintainable as your stack evolves.

Building an integration roadmap

If you’re planning to adopt a new learning platform, we recommend:

  1. List your must-haves – Which systems must the platform talk to on day one? (e.g. SSO, SIS.)
  2. Prioritize by impact – What removes the most manual work? Often that’s grade passback or roster sync.
  3. Plan for change – Vendors add endpoints; we add connectors. Choose a platform that publishes clear APIs and release notes.
  4. Test with real data – Run a pilot with a subset of users and real courses before full rollout.

Our team can walk you through a typical integration timeline and help you scope phases.

A note on security and privacy

All integrations are designed with FERPA and similar regulations in mind. We support:

  • OAuth 2 and SAML for authentication.
  • Role-based access so that only authorized systems can read or write data.
  • Audit logs for sensitive operations.

If you have specific compliance requirements (e.g. EU, state-level), we’re happy to discuss how our architecture supports them.

We’re committed to fitting into your ecosystem rather than forcing a single way of working. Reach out to discuss your integration needs or to join our beta program for upcoming connectors.
